2. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Service Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors.

b. User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of the texts and images they submit for content generation, where applicable. For paid subscribers, ownership extends to the generated videos and images. Non-paid users agree that generated content becomes our property.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and the inputs you provide when using the Service. This includes any text, images, videos, or other materials you submit.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Generate, upload, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers children. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against CSAM, and any accounts engaging in such activity will be terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the content you generate or input.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Our Service is a digital platform accessible via subscription. Upon signing up for a subscription, your billing cycle will commence, and payment will be collected monthly or annually (if elected for an annual subscription) via the credit card on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will be terminated, and you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not authorize refunds on subscription payments, as you are subscribing to use a digital platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
